    Winter Light Displays

I have heard that there are great light displays in Pigeon Forge.   Does anyone know how long they stay up?  What is there to do this time of year in Pigeon Forge?

The lights stay up in Pigeon Forge throught February 28, 2008.  This time of year some of the theaters still have shows and the outlets are open.  I recommend The Miracle, however, their next show is in March.

We always rent a cabin so we can spend time in the hot tub and relaxing in front of the fireplace after spending the day shopping. We also usually go to the Ripleys Aquarium, shows, putt putt golf, go cart racing and of course EAT! We're going March 8, 9, 10 & 11th this yr. There are about 8-9 of us going.

We have been soming for years now and always try to do a different show every yr. This yr we are going to Memories, and returning to Dixie Stampede. We also want to see Wonder Works, have any of you been there yet?

Our family found Wonderworks to be great fun for the entire family!  From the outside you see an upsidedown mansion.  As you pass through the front lobby, it is also reversed-even the large staircase.  After that you enter into a world of hands-on fun.  Peddle a bicycle so fast it will spin; test your skill at throwing a baseball & check the speed; lie down on a bed of nails; tons of illusion experiments.  Allow a couple of hours so all age groups can enjoy the place!  We found things to entertain everyone from a husband to a 3-year-old.
