We always have to get at least one hike in. This time we found Metcalf Bottoms, where it is a really clean and beautiful place to picnic for the day. The river was running and so clear. We found a beautiful spot with a grill and picnic table and really enjoyed the afternoon.&nbsp; This place is only about 20 minutes outside of Pigeon Forge!</p>
