    I know you have probably visited by now, but I wanted you to know that two other cabin rental companies that i especially like are Sunset Cottage and Eagles Ridge. Both have a lot of cabins that are beautiful and fit small to really large families.  I have always stayed with these and never been dissapointed.

  • Picnicking at Metcalf Bottoms

    The mountains are always fun and what we do when we come to Pigeon Forge. We always have to get at least one hike in.     Dixie Stampede is always a favorite of my family. It is more fun and more show than you can imagine, and the food is always great! I like buying packages that include several tickets to several shows and also our place to stay.

    Shopping, especially outlet shopping, is always fun in Pigeon Forge. There are always NEW stores and shops. I found a great new handbag at one of the handbag outlets, but the real highlight of my shopping trip was really the mani and pedi I got at Color Bar.     This really is a great place to visit during Quiltfest. I suggested to a friend who quilts that she and her daughter, who is just learning, might want to sign up for some classes next year and go together. What a great experience that would be for mom and daughter. And shopping is great at the festival! CS

    I love Pottery House Cafe also, but if you have not tried it you need to also try the Old Mill Restaurant. The food is wonderful and the service is friendly and really good. When we visit we make sure and eat at least one breakfast and one lunch at the Old Mill.     Yes, I have and it is amazing! In fact you can Zorb with one person in a Zorb or even TWO PEOPLE for some really outrageous fun! This is just one of the newest extreme sports in Pigeon Forge, along with FlyAway and others. You have to try it. CS
